Im GOING TO RUSSIA!!! Part 1

Assalamualaikum...

tetiba Loner rasa nk berblogbalik,, bukan sebab ada yg request ke, ada peminat ke, but just suka2..biasalaa,, to those yang x tau, this blog was created on the foundation ofboringness waktu cuti lepas SPM.. skrang pun kinda bored smbil tunggu masukUniversity... Yes, Loner akan masuk alam UNIVERSITY!

Since baru nk mula balik , lets start with a light topic.
               

I am very excited about going toRussia, not for fun, but to further my knowledge… or u can say, to study.. So,im going to write an entry about my preparations. . . After JPA confirmed yang we are going to Russia (Im a JPA scholar ;P), we started our preparations inevery single aspect..

Ok, not everyone who are goingwith me later selalu naik aircraft.. so it’s gonna be a bit more difficult for us, butI think even yg dh naik flight berkali kali pun still akan pening lalat nanti..almaklumlaa, bukan setakat nk paham rules nk naik, even kalau dh smpai diairport kat Russia nnti, komfem pening nye nk baca sign sana sini, so hopefullyada la insan2 yang akan tolong budak2 scholars yg x berapa nak reti ni nanti…instead of mengaharapkan orang lain, why don’t we study the blueprintourselves?? Alaa, macam dalam cerita SALT tu.. expectantly, ada la antara myfrens yg akan buat bnde ni, bcoz bab2 mapping memang Loner lambat ckit.. evenINTEC yg seciput tu pun amik masa 2-3 minggu nk hafal jalan.. apa lagi nk bcamap…  (still nk mengharapkan orng kan. ..)

Again, like what I did beforemasuk INTEC, buat a little introduction of myself to the senior(s), tapiskrang, we will have the same seniors, so Loner just perlu “rebond the bonding”…alaa, chit chat balik.. borak2, or even get info about my becoming University,VOLGOGRAD STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY (kalau x silap, ni la nama dia in english)..banyak jugak info tapi mostly yang Loner dapat about the town n what should bebrought not the uni… Bond between seniors n Junior is very significant! Want toknow why?? Im not sure, but that topic is still in my draft, x nk post sebab xsiap lagi. Luckily we got some awesome seniors there who are willing to help inevery single way, even ada yg dh ready nak bagi barang2 walaupun x mintaklagi,, macam paham2 je kan diorang ni… Facebook is an essential medium forthis.. 1 reason, its free to chat.. x semua senior ada whatsapp, viber or whatso ever… I don’t understand why, some people said, I’m a bit to flirty to theseniors.. sorry ok, not my intention to flirt, but that’s what the least I cando~~ hahaha…

Luggage. Frankly, Loner x belipun lagi luggage,, plan nnti nk beli few days before fly,, Loner dh aimed nkbeli beg macam mana.. tapi tengok budget laa.. so, LUGGAGE, what about it??? Firstthing, limitation. yes, kalau nk pergi oversea ni, kalau bole nk bawak serumahrumah barang2. Tapi, we are limited to 30kg only… special case for us, it’sworse; 20kg… so, what should be in there.. my friend said; 12kg makanan, 7kgbaju, 1kg buku.. haha.. quite clever,,, memang perlu bawak mkanan banyak sebabx tentu bole biasakan diri dengan makanan kat sana dengan cepat. Makanan heremeans; all the rempah, maybe milo 3in1, some snacks.. maggi?? Kalau ada ruang bole laa.. senior cakap sana pun ada instant noodle, but not as nice. Then,what shouldn’t be inside ur luggae; comforter, rice (beras), too much ofclothes, STOCKS of shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste.. those basicthings, they sell them there.. cukup la bawak for 2-3 weeks only.. which are,sebotol shampoo, sebotol shower cream, toothpaste satu, tooth brush satu, semuasatu la senang cakap.. nnti shopping la puas2 kat sana… Medicine?? Bawak! Especially yang asthma, inhaler penting, they also have it (medicine) there, so again, don’tbring stocks! More; rice cooker, international adapter, extension, labcoat,Malaysian phone number, phone, laptop (optional), iPad (optional – very helpful),toiletries, clothes for 2-3 weeks, n more…

Just my HUMBLE NEW YEAR's WISH-LIST

a simple wishes that may come true; so u people mingling around me, take note!!

1. 'CARING' PEOPLE ; ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

just that i don want to become the eye candy of people around me anymore.. (chee.. bajet eyecandy).. which also mean, whenever i go or wherever i go next time, cukupla sekadar my best2 fren je yang tau.. nk tau who are they?? those people i love to text so so randomnly telling where am 1 at a specific moment~ so, now u know that u are not~ hahaha~ here i wish all those nonsense people stay away from my life and keep ur b*ttface out of my retina!!

2. LET ME DO SPORT MORE AND MORE!

just restarting my sport "career" in here INTEC where i found that its a must to do every week.. started with slow jogs around the playground and now i am addicted back to badminton.. thanks to my best2 fren who dont even give a damn on how much time they wasted where they can topup their study in the room~ i hope that they (Cemara Akasia College (INTEC)) reconsider and will let me play anytime im feeling like playing.. the rules are sh*t laa.. just that i dont want to become like one of the japanese programme students, who is now far from mentally fine!

3. PRIVATE LIFE; "YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY STUDY!"

when u decided to study with me, dont touch my private life, keep on study or ill kill U!!! but this year, i am more confident that these 2 topics are not gonna be stirred up together.. so, lets pray it will just be fine.

4. VOLUME DOWN MAN. . . SSHHHH~~~

aa.. this 1 quite interesting for me... but now its like a tradition... every year i wish that ill be more discrete but it was the other way round.. the more educated i am, the more things to talk about, and the more craps came out of my mouth.. so, now im simply saying that "i hope that ill be not too loud this year"... listen and think.. then u say them.

5. SPEND LESS

ya ya ya.. this is about my financial stuff.. if i did calculate all what i spent before over years, no one would find any negative graphing.. aigoo.. ok, for this first day of 2012, i started to put a note to myself; "FOR WHAT U BUY A NEW 1?? THE OLD 1's ARE STILL IN GOOD SHAPE!!".. anyone coming to my room will see this cute little "poster".. haha.. and i skipped lunch and had a great dinner,,, its a good start!

6. LETS FLY TOGETHER!

its a great year of 2012 where ill be in the 'more-than-6-hours' flight.. now im still in the preparatory programme in INTEC, so hopefully with great prays from all my family and fans~ i mean friends, everything will go smoothly.. to all my russian programme-mates, may the force be with us..

err.. this 1 looks more like a vacation... watever, its the beautiful RUSSIA!!

Friendship In Life (astaga,, hambarnya title)

this post is more likely pointing back to myself, as a 'mahasiswa' in INTEC UiTM. sblom Loner mneruskan "rapuan" loner, firstly, i would like to say slamat berjumpa lagi dalam karpet hijau blog Loner yg x seberapa sgt ni selepas 3 bulan x update... actually its not easy to find this kind of opportunity to blog... the ambiance are just nice... gelap sebab semua dah tido, masa pun maseh awal lagi (more than 1 hour before midnight) n yang paling best, idea tgh basah n melimpah limpah... (hopefully bole bertahan)

ok, back to the title, for ur info juga, our programme (more or less the same as 'major') in intec is one of the smallest group here... so, kalau smallest group tu, kuantiti pun less, n quality student?? hanya tuhan yang tahu,,, so, imagine, a group of 40 people, (14 gents 26 ladies). thats the exact number laa... the positive part is, we can get to know each other easily, not like the other programme yg sampai 1++ - 3++ students~ the negative part then??? yes... the number is very small n one more, we cannot get rid of each other... some people might be irritating, snobbish, or watever they are, but the interesting part is, the more u hate them, the more the 'distance' u want btween you, the closer they get... why, because u r charming laa.. everyone want to get near to you. хаха... (how we laugh in russian lang. lolz), thats because, there shouldn't be any of these case in a small small group of people.. we want to succeed this, so, let do it together.. im doin my best to get these bond back, why not?? (y my words bnyak relate to my study?? - mode study yg menyimpang sekejap -) anway, i want you to get the point... this time entry, i really really specialized to the group of people that i cant get rid of my mind.. i want do revision... tq for reading my entri., be precious~ (как я, хахаха)

Why Choose Russia???

wei2.... loner x choose... JPA yg choose... tp from general point of view n facts, why u should 'choose' to study medc in Russia... (satu lagi entri yg sekadar menyejukkan hati)

• No entrance Exam.
• Easy Admission Process. (easy ke?? easy kot)
• Russian medical degrees are recognized by WHO, UNESCO, etc.
• Wide range of possibilities and broad exposure to clinical practice due to highly equipped multiprofile hospitals.
• The educational fees are very low due to subsidy of Russian Government. The living expenses for students are over around US$ 80 -100 (Up to 3250 Rs. ) per month. This has made Russia as an economical educational destination.
• Study medicine in top Russian medical universities well known for research & development

The Russian medical degrees have topped WHO and UNESCO ranking and have got global recognition. eleh,, blogger2 yg cakap pasal bad things about study in russia ni, ntah2 diorang pun blom sampai lagi kt sana... alaa,, biasa la manusia, cerita2 "xbest" cepat betol... memang x dinafikan, loner pun dapat berita (dari sumber yg sangat-boleh dipercayai) yang dkt satu hospital ni, 3 org student medical yang balik dari Russia mengidap AIDS..(mntak2 dijauhkan dari batch loner ni) hmm.. what can be worse?? u imagine la,, dh la study nk jd doctor, kne plak AIDS.. senaraikan la penyakit yg lagi ***** dari penyakit nih... looking however, thank you jugak kepada para bloggers or pengomen sejati di FB tentang kekurangan dan cabaran dalam perjalanan yang bakal loner tempuhi... so, now, loner dh mentally ready for those n 1 thing yg loner target dalam jngka masa pendek ni, nk lepas cut-off-point n score semua A~ org lain bole buat, nape plak x bole??

Program Pendedahan Kerjaya Doktor (JPA) Day 3

Salam evryone. the last part of the 3 days program, Loner x nk la buat entri pnjang2... so, hopefully uols can enjoy la pic2 yg Loner smpat ambik. sometimes agak blur n agak nonsense, because, we are not allowed to take pict u know.. tp, klo without pic, mcm mne la nk buat knangan kan3??? lemme brief first... today, we ols masok ikut office hour (8am) and sesi petang, ada "trip" to Pusat Jantung Hospital Umum Sarawak (PJHUS) which they are trying to get the status of Pusat Jantung Sarawak. ok?? ckup ringkas briefing???

i came not so early laa.. u can see adib pun dah sampai... ni la kerja doktor2 di awal pagi... baca majalah... baca la dib, nnti dh jd doktor, ntah2 bnde tu pun u x knal lagi...

Then we ols baru sedar yg arini, kne antar borang penilaian.. terus kitorang isi baek2... komen2... satu je yg Loner komen "not so good" spnjang program nih... lunch x disediakan... huhu...

waa... this guy so ensem meh... ahahah... future doctor... amin kn laa ye..

after handed in the form, Matron Fu invited 2 very important people to have a little talk to us.

let me share something to those future doctor tp, x brpeluang ikut program ni.. This is Dr. Junaidi, the HUS deputy Director. have experienced in Dr life in about 30 years.. (wow!!)

he stressed on a afew but very important things and some reminders to us. he prepared us before we enter the medical school later, to be 1.physically fit, 2.mentally strong, 3.emotionally strong, and 4. spiritually strong.

doctor is a unique career which have both the scientific and art value. not like in some other career which only emphasized on one.

we also must be prepared because some public dont understand much of our career. for a houseman, they have limitation to the job. even a surgeon cannot bedah anything he want~ sometimes we will face "apa la doktor ni.. tu pun x pndai nk buat ke???!!!"... bukan x pandai... b*d*h je... ahaha.. bukan2.. ada lagi yg lebih pandai n mahir dalam bidang tu...

The second guest was Mr. Wong.. sorri x x pasti jawatan Dr. ni... sounds like this "fizisyen"... but i dont really know the real one.. physician??? dont know...

the most important part is the content ok... here are some main points yang Loner dh 'x rajin' nk buat ayat.

♥ a medical student must have a goood memory

♥ in the profession, the easiest part is in the medical school.

♥ the toughest year would be when we become a junior doctor (H.Os)

♥ of course the working condition always tough

♥ every year, Malaysia always wanted to produce doctors like producing from factory, so, in future time, the challenge is there

♥ still a rewarding career (not in term of kaching kaching)

♥ some supervisors (during our junior year doctor) can be very demanding and our character will be tested

another important part of his speech, was the "WRONG" reason and perception in becoming a doctor...

♥ its a glamorous job

its not glamorous ok. dr are professional, so if u want to become glamour, join 1 In a Million laa.. Dr is not 1 in a Million... the ratio is about 1/800...

♥ to make tons of money and become rich (salary is not that good)

sal gaji plak.. if u want to become a millionaire, to become a doctor... be a business man loo..

♥ parental pressure

its different to parental support.

♥ must go to medical line because u are the top student

♥ like the subject matter (biology)

if u wanted to become a doctor because u love the subject (biology) so much... u'll get frustrated.

so the only right and the best reason to become a doctor is

♥ to serve people~

then, back to ward... but our M.O said, not to the ward laa.. AM Round already ended.. so she brought us to the A&E room... bole smpai "yellow area" lagi... biasa laa... tengok org accident2... patah tu, patah ni...

kejap je... 1 hour... lunch~ 1.30 PM, waiting for a bus to bring us to the PJHUS.

ok, we arrive already... bas INTAN...

mesti la mula dgn briefing by sister n matrons. then we ols d bahagi kpd 3 group, and matron akan bawak kitorang "bersiar-siar" dalam hospital ni... memang cantek , classy... ni baru la mcm yg dlm tv tu.. u dont believe??? dtg la sendiri ok~

(sorry, pic2 kat atas ni tadi memang x bole d ambil.. tp, candid bole kot) went back to HUS, ada closing ceremony plak dah....

just a very simple 1... some reminders... semua yg doktor2 ckap, more or less the same jee.... so, thats mean. semua nya benar~

tghotw nk balik, terjumpa plak dgn 2 org my favourite doctor... This one is Dr, Syaz... she said she's not an M.O yet,, tapi, pihak hospital upgrade kan pngkat H.O dye... cayalaah doktor...

Dr. Eugene... best sangat.. tq for the "Dutch Lady"~ ahaha.. sorri sbab mmbuatkan anda terkantoi aritu.. lol.. hopefully, when i come back to do houseman, ill meet both of you sudah jd specialist k~ thank you so much to pihak hospital, especially Matron Fu yg x sudah2 mmberi motivasi... Dr2 ward Female Orthopaedics... yg Loner igt, Dr syaz n Dr eugene of course, Dr Ng, Dr Janice (M.O yg cantek), Dr Izati, Dr Shahrir n yg lain2 x smpt nk bknalan.. doakan kejayaan kami semua...
