Gain Your Respect From 'A Loner'

I need to be respected. You want to know why? because everybody does. So, how to gain them without sympathetically begging?? laa,, as easy as Russian Language jee,. how?? how??? 1 thing u must consider is that u make sure that anywhom is it, knows that u want to be respected. But then, dont ever tell them verbally straight away... nnti korang langsung x drespect... x percaya?? try laa... ive tried before n thats why some people look down to me.. of course they look down, cuz m just 161cm je... ahaha... so, wrong method... TEEETTTT!!!!

Respect comes from people inner life, and the values and beliefs they hold. If someone is sincere, honest and self effacing, it is easy to respect them.

1. TALK LESS

\like i got mentioned before, we cant command people by excessively talking. firstly, thats rude, second, its annoying,,, (for me laaa).. there are an oft saying "actions speak louder than words".. not that we can ignore the power of speaking, but in this case, the less u talk, the easier u gain respect. never approach zero!! means, dont keep urself in a silent mode. speak when it is necessary! have u all meet the situation where u have a friend who speaks so little in a class (a shy person), but then when it comes to his or her turn to speak, everyone turns their volume down so they can listen each and every word the person says attentively. same here. remember, talk whenever u are needed to.

True words aren’t eloquent;
eloquent words aren’t true.
Wise men don’t need to prove their point;
men who need to prove their point aren’t wise.
-- Lao Tzu.Tao Te Ching Verse 81 --
Loner nk add satu verse,
We only respect Wise men. ahaha... btol la kan??

2. LISTEN MORE

\ im very sure most people nowadays like to have their own say... but if we can patiently listen to others, they'll appreciate our concern and attention. its no harm to listen, even if it is boring and repetitive.. ahaha... dont u even dare to make ur ugly boring face... btw, listen to others also mean that we shows our interest towards that person as a person.

Listening more is the perfect complement to talking less. When we talk we try to influence others, when we listen we appreciate others; it is important to get the right balance.

3. SINCERE APPRECIATION

\ theres a big different btw sincere appreciation and flattery 1 which hopes for similar words to be repaid in kind. take time to look at the action which really deserve appreciation and be generous. it is also important to be judicious because if u do it all the time, it becomes insincere.

4. LEAVE PRAISE TO OTHER PEOPLE

\ To gain the respect of other people, it will not help to remind people of why they should admire you. Good deeds will be rewarded; there is no need to force the issue. Respect often comes to those who don’t chase after it.

===LONER HAVING REST RIGHT NOW... PENAT~====

Lets continue,

5. SELF RESPECT

\ some more important part is, to have faith in yourself. This is not an egotistical pride, but modest self respect and faith in your inner capacities. Having respect for others is difficult if you have no respect for yourself. The idea of self-respect is very closely related to self-confidence, but respect is more about what you do whereas confidence is about how you feel. The two go hand-in-hand.

I simply do
What many dream of.
I simply do
What others talk about.
I simply become
What others dare not
Even to imagine.

-- Sri Chinmoy --

last but almost the least, ( ;

6. DON'T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY

\ how can i describe this one a... just dont take urself too seariously laa... or else people will become "INGGA" (ask ur Sarawakian friends") wif you. if we aware of our own limitations and never try to cross the line of our limit, people will respect us more. Remember that it is very important to avoid an exaggerated false modesty which can be just as irritating.

so, try me, meet me and ask straight away, "How can I respect you?"

tq for reading n spending ur time,,, gud luck in ur life.

Friendship In Life (astaga,, hambarnya title)

this post is more likely pointing back to myself, as a 'mahasiswa' in INTEC UiTM. sblom Loner mneruskan "rapuan" loner, firstly, i would like to say slamat berjumpa lagi dalam karpet hijau blog Loner yg x seberapa sgt ni selepas 3 bulan x update... actually its not easy to find this kind of opportunity to blog... the ambiance are just nice... gelap sebab semua dah tido, masa pun maseh awal lagi (more than 1 hour before midnight) n yang paling best, idea tgh basah n melimpah limpah... (hopefully bole bertahan)
ok, back to the title, for ur info juga, our programme (more or less the same as 'major') in intec is one of the smallest group here... so, kalau smallest group tu, kuantiti pun less, n quality student?? hanya tuhan yang tahu,,, so, imagine, a group of 40 people, (14 gents 26 ladies). thats the exact number laa... the positive part is, we can get to know each other easily, not like the other programme yg sampai 1++ - 3++ students~ the negative part then??? yes... the number is very small n one more, we cannot get rid of each other... some people might be irritating, snobbish, or watever they are, but the interesting part is, the more u hate them, the more the 'distance' u want btween you, the closer they get... why, because u r charming laa.. everyone want to get near to you. хаха... (how we laugh in russian lang. lolz), thats because, there shouldn't be any of these case in a small small group of people.. we want to succeed this, so, let do it together.. im doin my best to get these bond back, why not?? (y my words bnyak relate to my study?? - mode study yg menyimpang sekejap -) anway, i want you to get the point... this time entry, i really really specialized to the group of people that i cant get rid of my mind.. i want do revision... tq for reading my entri., be precious~ (как я, хахаха)

Men’s hair; Barber or Hairdresser??

Assalamualaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakatuh para jejaka jambu2 hensem2 sekalian.. Sini loner nk kongsikan sikit hasil2 kajian ringan yg loner dh jalani spnjang mnjalani kehidupan sebagai seorang maskulin nih… (maskulin x smestinya taf ke, ensem ke…)

Jadi, kalau hendak memilih tmpat memotong/memendek/menggayakan rambut (kalau nk membotakkan, xpayah susah2 buat pilihan), anda mempunyai 2 spot yg berbeda untuk dikunjungi.. nk byar barber atau hairdresser?? Dalam memilih, ada faktor2 yg perlu dikonsider terlebih dahulu.. nih berdasarkan pengalaman ye abg2 n adik2 skalian~

1.kos

Memang tidak dapat dinafikan, kebanyakan tukang gunting rambut (barber) memulakan dengan RM5-RM12 untuk satu2 perkhidmatan potongan rambut.. mereka juga akan memaparkan ‘price’ yg agak murah di tingkap2 kedai kemudian (sesetangah) apply pulak hairwash n products without even askin~ kne plak cas, tp x la melibatkan sekeping RM50 anda…

Salon plak, ada satu system dimana semakin berpengalaman hairstylist / hairdresser anda, semakin tinggi la cas yg dikenakan… Loner dh try yg junior hairdresser sekali. Itupun terdesak sangat hairdresser loner x sihat masatu. x berbaloi sungguh anda mmbazir RM20-RM40… kalau nk puaskan hati, mintak la professional / senior hairdresser gayakan rambut anda… berbaloi RM30-RM70.

2.Masa

Servis memotong rambut bersama barber is always faster. Kadang2 x sampai pun 5 minit…

Satu part yang best pasal salon nih, bole tempah… xpayah nak beratur lama nk buat servis.. teringat lagi zaman ‘kiyut2’ dulu, kadang2 smpai perlu beratur dkat luar tunggu barber sorang ni potong rambut pelanggan yg ramai.. hmm… tp, kalau dah sampai giliran, bole la bernafas lega sebab xakan amik masa lama nk siap…

3.Suasana

Bab ni, susah ckit nk cakap… negara smakin lama semakin maju… the last time loner pg jumpa barber la wktu zaman sekolah rendah dulu2… ntah2 dah berbeza kot sekarang… tp, memang x dapat dinafikan pun bab2 suasana ni, salon lagi up… ada kerusi empuk berbanding bangku, ada aircond brbanding kipas, ada awek2 cina yg molek2 berbanding pakcik dan makcik yang kurang muda~ hehe…

4.Quality

Let me just talk more about experience

Tp, tu laa.. nnti dh study kt smnnjong, xkn nk bwak skali kot g sana… jd, sekarang anda paham kenapa loner sanggup berbelanja lebih sikit gara2 rambut yg entah apa2 ni?? Tp, loner x la mndesak nk suroh readers ikut.. kalau lagi selesa buat di kedai gunting rambut biasa, silakan.. ikut keselesaan masing2.. tupun kalau u all x nk ‘cuci2 mata’ tgh2 buat servis rambut tu… kui3…

“If you’ve never tried a hairdressing salon, I’d certainly recommend it. It might not be right for a monthly cut given a higher cost, but every now and then it’s good to get a bit more creative input into your style”

Ok, silap salah tersinggung, harap maaf. Wassalam.

Why Choose Russia???

wei2.... loner x choose... JPA yg choose... tp from general point of view n facts, why u should 'choose' to study medc in Russia... (satu lagi entri yg sekadar menyejukkan hati)
  • No entrance Exam.
  • Easy Admission Process. (easy ke?? easy kot)
  • Russian medical degrees are recognized by WHO, UNESCO, etc.
  • Wide range of possibilities and broad exposure to clinical practice due to highly equipped multiprofile hospitals.
  • The educational fees are very low due to subsidy of Russian Government. The living expenses for students are over around US$ 80 -100 (Up to 3250 Rs. ) per month. This has made Russia as an economical educational destination.
  • Study medicine in top Russian medical universities well known for research & development
The Russian medical degrees have topped WHO and UNESCO ranking and have got global recognition. Lebih kurang 30 positions are occupied by the Russian Medical Universities in World Ranking and The Russian Federation has some of the finest medical Universities. so?? wat so bad about this country medical education???

eleh,, blogger2 yg cakap pasal bad things about study in russia ni, ntah2 diorang pun blom sampai lagi kt sana... alaa,, biasa la manusia, cerita2 "xbest" cepat betol... memang x dinafikan, loner pun dapat berita (dari sumber yg sangat-boleh dipercayai) yang dkt satu hospital ni, 3 org student medical yang balik dari Russia mengidap AIDS..(mntak2 dijauhkan dari batch loner ni) hmm.. what can be worse?? u imagine la,, dh la study nk jd doctor, kne plak AIDS.. senaraikan la penyakit yg lagi ***** dari penyakit nih... looking however, thank you jugak kepada para bloggers or pengomen sejati di FB tentang kekurangan dan cabaran dalam perjalanan yang bakal loner tempuhi... so, now, loner dh mentally ready for those n 1 thing yg loner target dalam jngka masa pendek ni, nk lepas cut-off-point n score semua A~ org lain bole buat, nape plak x bole??
gud luck~

Pengorbanan Si Ibu

We just lost 1 of our members of the house… so sad n sentimental la today… its my cat, Si Ibu (bukan nama sebnar)… not meninggal dunia yet.. just she kena ‘transfer’ je…tp daddy x buang semua… tinggal anak2 yg dh ckup besar kt rumah … so many reasons that my daddy insist to get that feline away from our house.. but still so sad maa.. spnjang minggu Loner cant hear her voice mybe sebab die pregnant kot… nk mengiaw pun ckit2 je dengar,,, n just now, sempat dengar “ngiaw”an lastnya. Mybe this 1 sound so story-like 1, that Loner can see sadness from her eyes.. huhu… dengan kandungannya yang dah sarat tuh, tp daddy cakap lagi senang nk pindahkannya sblom anak2 tu dilahirkan. Tu la kau, x abys2 nk berfoya~ x smpat la Loner nk tengok anak2 kuching yg merah2 tu nnti.. mybe nnti ujong minggu pg pasar ikan jmpa la kita ye…

My daddy said this mother of 2 kittens cannot stop herself dari memukul anak2 nyaa… hmmm.. kira kes dera la nih… lagi satu, my mommy x suka kucing ni masok rumah bermanja-manja dengan kaki kitorang wktu makan…. nk mkan pun memilih sangat.. kdang2 Loner pun geram nk bagi makan.. hmmm… waktu makan pulak, asyik2 nk bergaduh dengan anak2. Gangster btol la Si Ibu ni,,,

Waktu lepas tinggalkan si ibu kt satu tempat, rasa kesian la plak.. my daddy cakap “apa bole buat..” dalam hati loner, “bole buat… bawak balik” huh~ n wktu on the way pulang my daddy cakap, yg anak2 Si Ibu kt rumah nnti, kalau dh cukup dewasa baru bole hidup berdikari kt luar, xpyah bergntung dengan kitorang…

Suddenly Loner berfikir sjnak.. one day nnti pun Loner akan lalui bnda yg sama.. x knla nk berkepit je kt rumah mak bapak tu.. lagipun mk dah cakap yg rumah besar kitorang diam skarang nih nnti nk bagi kt abang… I don’t know whether itu gurauan ke btol2… anway, Loner patut ready for anything coming in the future,,, kalau kucing bole berdikari, y cannot Loner??? N full stop… belom ckup berfikir dah sampai rumah… n terus buat entri nih,, don worry bout dinner lagi, dah dinner,,, awal sungguh,,, jam 6 td dah...

Actually bukan apa pun nk tinggalkan Si Ibu tu kt sana, just dat our family akan dapat kucing baru… hehe….dari genetic siam n of course la cantek… sebab xnk penohkan rumah dengan haiwan2, kne la ada yg berkorban yee.. sorry Si Ibu, Loner nk mintak maaf atas segala kekerasan ke, terlupa bagi makan ke, xpernah nk memahami ke, tersepak terterajang terpukol ke,, klo Si Ibu nnti singgah blog Loner ni, bagi la comment… hope to keep in touch. will be missing u~

Hopefully the siamese cat look like this 1... aww... so cute~

Room that I’m gonna miss so much

I watched ‘Trek Selebriti’ today where at 1 moment the celeb went to his room n talk about it bla bla bla… n m goin to do the same but its not on TV lorh… actually I just thought about it that im gonna miss my room so much when I started my preparation in KL soon… these are something dat Im gonna miss…

Lets start wif my queen sized bed. Like we all noticed, whenever we go to a boarding school or sth like that, they only prepare us wif a single-sized bed.. like the one I slept on during my days in SM SAINS KUCHING. We can even share 1 bed by 2-3 people!!! Euuww… yes, euwww~ (pliz don’t tell the school HEM or else…) but at home, this bed is strictly only for me!! Yes, I had my cousin sleeping over and he ended sleeping on the floor… of course I prepared a mattress for him… same goes to my younger brother. He rarely got home so theres no specific bed for him. So this 1, I totally gonna miss it cuz cannot bring to KL..

It’s the door to my room.. I hang my jeans here… after 2-3 days baru masok machine~ skali lagi, euww… u notice the hanging white bag, dats my favourite item/accessory of all..just bought it like 1 month ago…

Here it is, I got a picture of it… its ori ok, not from the black market..

Next is my kite… ok, its not mine.. its my younger brother’s kite… he made it by himself I guess… just arrived from MIRI n he hope im goin to hang it up on the wall… HANG IT URSELF!!

Aahh~ this 1, surely cannot bring to intec… aircond. This is my fren all the time.. no matter what is the condition outside, it keeps my room at 16°C. goin to miss it too… it also keep my skin fair (fair ke???).

My working table.. I have almost everything on it.. hair wax, hand sanitizer, comb, shopping bag, camera, sunglasses, photo of myself, contact lenses, pen, card reader, a box of my phone, earphone, files, certificates.. that’s all la sbnarnya.. not much pun… ahaha… that laptop?? Its hardly sit on that table nowadays.

I got my mirror here… cukup untok tengok the whole thing on me… hehe…

The buzy section… buzy section means use-it-everyday products.. donn want to say much la about it.. weird plak rasa nya…

My emergency section.. I got my medications, calculator, cotton buds and a crocs??? That’s my phone’s housing.. jarang singgah… n ada section2 lain which are censored!! LOL

Photo of me on graduation day SM SAINS KUCHING + HAIRDRYER… still dalam dilemma nih nk bawak ke tak~ the hairdryer la bukan gmbar tu… gmbr nk buat ape.. klo bawak kne byar 10 hengget (per sem) “mode kedekut”

My chinese style blazer plak… dun worry I miss u all the time… so bawak je la g intec… in case ada occasion ke… this 1 I designed by myself tau… (bg yg pg tailor sama2 dengan loner aritu, pndai2 la simpa rahsia ek~)

My old sunglases… I just got my new 1… so u stay there smpai loner balek dari russia… insyaallah…

Wats dis?? Ini lantai bilik… terbahagi 2 sebab extension dulu… yg sblah kiri tu yg original.. parquet (btol x btol ntah la…).. yg sblah kanan plak tu tile… it was a veranda… but my parents decided to close it so Ill have a bigger room.

N that’s all about my humble room…next time klo loner dh smpai intec, nnti buat post about bilik2 kt sna plak yee~ just need something to put on my blog today… so enjoy ur day guys!! Jangan tension2 especially yg dh stat merungut kt FB psal smbong study.. wassalam.
